HELP!!! please

Ok guys for some reason it seems I have come to a dead end, I am trying to get my egr pipes off of my exhaust manifold and down pipe. I pb blasted the crap out of them and they still just strip like crazy. The header is off of the car along with the down pipe and I have sawed off the ends of the pipes because I am blocking off my egr system. I tried using vice scrips and that still failed. Does anyone have any other idea on what I could do to get them off? It's the same story on the catylitic converter to downpipe bolts as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

If you're blocking the EGR, why do you need to remove the EGR pipe? Cut it short, crimp it flat, then fold it over one time. Done.

For the bolts on the converter, break them off. There's really no other way when they're corroded as badly as most are. If they won't break, cut the heads off then drill them out.
