My s13 hatch used to usually start-up really easily in the mornings before I head to school but lately takes several tries ( 8-12 times ) until it actually starts up. This only happens when I don't turn on my car for a long time. This problem began when I cleaned my throttle body and installed new sparkplugs. My alternator and starter seem fine. I was wondering what could have causes this problem... possibly I need a new fuel pump? Or maybe a new battery (my battery light on the dash is not completely lit up but very light and faintly)? But then again i tried jumping the car and it doesnt seem to help either. :-/ If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
