Oh then i guess you just got to make up your own font similar to it...

A lot of Graphics companies make in house fonts.. so they can say they're the only ones of have it..

Dude, that font is custom. And whoever said that before, yes, most design houses use custom fonts now because fonts are becoming so replicated that they are just played out. Also, if you are planning to copy the font, make sure you don't step on copyrights.
