just look up your states rules on assigning vin numbers.
i vinned and titled my rhd silvia with no papers for about the cost of a normal car.

but bump for a very clean car. r32 or a pulsar is what i want to get, and very good price

NICE RIDE....lived in JAPAN all mylife GTS-T huh? seems kinda low for a skyline....put it up on e bay! people would pay SOME BIG DIGITS FOR IT! especialy being in such a crisp condition. I KNOW SOMEBODY WHO HAS A GT-R for 15,000 in cali all you have to do is change some tags and most cops don't even bother just as long as the paper work matches!

They dont get crushed if you have ever gone to pick one up there is a warehouse with about 100 skylines just sitting there waiting to be claimed but everyone is to afraid they go to jail so they just sit there went with my friend when we got his gts-t it is amazing.
