Im located in Washington theres no prefix.
alright guys... well here is the deal...
I have a Vinyl Plotter and i can make Die Cut Stickers.
I Can pretty much make anything you want if you can get me the design.
heres an example of one i have made.

Right now colors are low... Red, White, Glitter Sparkle like above.
Prices vary but still pretty cheap.
