wheel offset?

just a qeustion .. does the total width of the rim have anythng to do with the offset?? like ie. will a 18x10.5 +15 have the same stance as a 18x9.5 +15.

no it will not

since the offset is the same, the 10.5 will extend half an inch more on both outside and inside faces
