I always thought he looked like a pothead...a stupid one at that. Mr. Rogers gives him the finger for giving more bad publicity to marijuana.

Has nobody else gone to jail for a misdemeanor? Even had a police write-up? Cuz that's all this guy got! And he's not even guilty, cuz his record will be "exponged" provided no more trouble in 12 months.
