I am replacing my Struts and everything else underneath.
Why does KYB have a set of Front shocks and a set of Struts? The shocks are $20 cheaper.
Do I need $50 Strut bellows instead of the OEM for $17?
Do I need to replace the bump stops in the struts?
How long should the top strut mounts last on a 1990 240sx?
Where do the front rod strut bushings go? I saw them for sale separately? Do I need to replace them?
Will urethane bushings make the car much stiffer than using rubber?

Is a Top Bearing mount insulator different than a top strut mount? What is it?
And What do "Rear eccentric Plate spacers" do?

Have you searched anywhere for this info???
Try this place http://zilvia.net/f/chat/144721-new-zilvia-read-these-search-tips.html
or how about here The Ultimate 240SX Bible Volume 1 - 240SX Forums (http://www.240sxforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85222)
or here http://zilvia.net/f/chat/165576-new-240sx-bible-vol-2-unifinished.html
Those 3 places are a good start before asking the questions you did!!

might be a misprint. shocks are cheaper in the rear.
Do I need $50 Strut bellows instead of the OEM for $17?
no. how long is your car going to last? i didnt even bother to replace my bellows. they were $12 at rock auto and too expensive for me.
Do I need to replace the bump stops in the struts?
i didnt
How long should the top strut mounts last on a 1990 240sx?
i dont know. i never replace mine
Where do the front rod strut bushings go? I saw them for sale separately? Do I need to replace them?
dont know what it is.
Will urethane bushings make the car much stiffer than using rubber?
dont know

look, you said that already. sweet jesus.

this cant be happening. you just said this. oh god. im going insane.

What are T/C rod bushings?
they are bushings in the tension control rod.
Is a Top Bearing mount insulator different than a top strut mount? What is it?
i imagine so. the mount is the mount and the bearing is the bearing.
And What do "Rear eccentric Plate spacers" do?
now you are just showing off. this is way to esoteric. they might allow for adjustment of camber etc

wayyyy too many questions bro...
just get some GR2's or watever and there you go, use your stock pillow mounts unless they are really badly cracked or damaged
if you want to go furthur upgrade your factory RUCAs, tension rods, and bushings
look into the tech section of this forum and you will find most of your answers there

There are no front shocks on a 240SX. They're struts. Shocks are in the rear. Shocks usually cost less than struts due to size, material. Read a book on the difference between the two, a strut is a load bearing member of the suspension, a shock is just a supplement.
If the bellows are worn, replace them if you want. Their main purpose is to keep grit/debris off the strut/shock rod which can damage the seals within, causing a leak. If you wash your car properly (IE underneath as well) and don't off road it, don't bother.
The bump stops wear as well, but the OE ones shouldn't be bad enough since the car hasn't been driven at a low enough range to wear them much. Once lowered they will wear faster but not enough to worry about unless you just have the time and money.
Upper strut mounts are a bearing encased in rubber, also a wear item. Depending on mileage, age, and overall driving type it 's a good idea to replace as they're a major part of the front suspension.
Front strut rods are often mistakenly called that, they're actually the tension rods. Those bushings do wear, heavily, and leak goo out of them. Replace as required, either with new rubber bushings, upgraded rubber, urethane, or spherical bearings on adjustable rods. Your choice.
Urethane has less compliance than rubber but if your suspension is actually working properly you won't notice it. It's cars that are worn out and have slop in the bushings that suddenly feel stiff when switched to urethane, only because there was so much play before.
T/C rods are the tension rods, see above.
Top bearing, top strut mount, upper strut mount, all the same.
There is nothing in the rear that is eccentric besides the cam bolts on the toe and camber arms. I don't know where you found that but it's not found on a 240SX.
Go read a book though, seriously. These are all very basic questions that anyone with some research behind them could have answered.
