where to get hub adapters? 4x100 -> 5x112

hey guys, i noticed H&R didnt list those adapters on their website. anybody know where i can get a set? they're for my E30, which is 4x100. want to see if i can put some 16" MB wheels on it. anyhow, im looking for a 4x100 to 5x112 adapter. 30mm-ish is preferred. thanks!

They can make custom adapters it seems... Call em up.

Im actually gonna use this to get some adapters for my Jaguar. Stupid 5x108 bolt pattern.
