s14 kouki oem black hood f/s

i have a stock oem kouki (97-98) hood for s14. is has no dings but there are some minor scratches in the paint and theres some grey stuff on it that looks like it could be easily cleaned off. the psgr side (where it sits up against the windshield) is slightly bent up but could easily be pushed back down into place
