Am I using the right nipples? Left blue one to BOV and right one to wastegate.
Also, where is the FPR on s14 SR? the only thing that should be connected to it is a hose from the intake manifold? cause right now, the nipple on the intake mani is going to my fuel pressure gauge. not sure if it's set up correctly

Yes, you've got it right. As for the FPR, that line is located on the intake manifold, right next to the VTC solenoid. Trace the vaccum line from the FPR and you'll see it going to the intake manifold (very short). Most people 'T' that line for boost gauges or to their boost controller. Are you using an aftermarket FPR? Reason why i'm asking is because units like SARD have a fitting which allows you to thread in a pressure gauge. Search the forum for FPR setups, and you'll see what i'm talking about.

is the red circle the FPR?
is the blue circle where I could connect the hose to the intake mani? if not, where is that?
if you were to install an adjustable fpr, then you leave the stock fpr intact and just run the return line into the afpr? do you have to cap off the nipple on the stock one?

Hard to tell from the picture, but from what i can see thats where the FPR is connected to the fuel rail. There should a rubber vaccum line coming off the FPR and should connect to Intake Manifold (on the side, after the Throttle Body). As for installing an adjustable FPR you will need to remove the stock one that is connected on the Fuel Rail. S13 motors are lucky they don't require any adaptors, ie NISMO FPR Type A bolts on without any modifications etc... For our S14 Motor we have to either use NISMO Type B FPR or SARD units etc... (which mounts externally, either on strut tower, or wherever you want), but you'll need an adapter that goes on the fuel rail, which you can easily get from either NISMO, SARD, GReddy, etc... I can take some pictures of my setup if you want. Just pm and i'll send pictures when I get home from the office.
Alot of the guys on here have had some issues with the NISMO FPR's usually hit and miss, but then you have guys like me who use SARD, Aeromotive etc... solid stuff.

"Pressure Regulator" is the FPR.

Not sure if that helps you or not, but as you can see most of the vacuum lines are not necessary - although if I had to guess you probably don't have a stock set up, haha.
Here is how mine is hooked up...just the green:

I've got my boost gauge coming off of one of those extra nipples under the throttle body....I realize you didn't ask for any of this, but it's good information to have out there. I've been told it is bad to T anything off of the FPR vacuum line, so I'd steer away from that since you have so many other lines to choose from.

You do not need it. Run that green line straight to the wastegate.
so does it matter if the vac source is taken from before or after the throttle body?
Im trying to figure out how to hook up my boost guage and greddy E-01 to work and be as hidden/neat as possible

It's not a vacuum source if it's before the throttle body. Unless the throttle is always cracked open, get the vacuum source from after the throttle body.
PS that diagram should be all you need anyway! Think you got a little something on your chin!
