HELP!!!! need swap asap. will pay/help

hey all. my black silforty was totaled about a 2 months ago when it was rear ended by a sentra. it is now totaled by insurance and needs to be smogged and checked by dmv. this is the problem. it has an sr and wont pass visual. i recently bought a 90 s13 and i want to switch the motors so i can at least reg the totaled one. i basically need the engines switched and the wiring harness as well as the alarm if at all possible. so my question is can anyone do the switch? i am willing to pay and help too(depending on my work schedule). also has to be in the bay area.

so if any of you zilvians can help me out it will be greatly appreciated. oh and also it would have to be at your house or garage because i have no space at all.
