Where'd you get it resurfaced? And just to verify, it comes ONLY with the cam caps? No valves, springs, retainers, ....Nothing else?

yes just cam caps and the top hard line things..

and it was resurfaced at a local shop called fishers auto... located in Rocky Mount NC
