i was trying to work out what kind of vinyl he covered the car in.

i thought it was straight chrome red vinyl but i can definately see some metal flake in there.

anyone know of a company that can sell such vinyl?? ive found plenty of places that will sell the coloured chrome or the metal flake, but nowhere that does both in one roll

Anyone know what it would cost to wrap a car like that and is it something you can do by yourself?

i think it would be better to get a pro to do it if you wanted a clean finish. also you would need very large skins to cover a whole panel in one go.

im just after the vinyl to do some graphics on my car

he used a green one. i cant really remember his name but he is from NJ.

ive found that already, looks good but you will notice in the pics that the rex has glitter flake on it aswell. im sure that glitter flake vinyl alone isnt as reflective as the coloured chrome vinyl.

i believe that it costs around 2k to have a car professionally wrapped. well worth paying someone else to do it imo. that shit is not easy to do.
