Audi R8 LMS - Autoblog (http://www.autoblog.com/photos/audi-r8-gt3-racer/1001785/)
Sexiest car I've seen in a long time. Just perfect.
My favorite part: the black and silver shell logo!! ;)
Your thoughts?
Anyone got cool tidbits of info on this thing?

That thing looks vicious and elegant - the R8 has always been a sleek machine but goddamn, it just takes it another step further here.

I think the wing actually balances out the car's silhouette a bit, esp from the front 1/4 view.

I think that wing isn't big enough.

if i was in taht ballpark, id probably still go with a porsche over it... the rarity of the audi will probably hurt later down the road with replacement parts. but the audi will probably be overall hold its value in the future since being more rare

The cab is too far forward, the rear is too long/front too short
great elements individually but not quite put together perfectly

Side shot to illustrate what i'm talking about
the A-pillar juts up at too great an angle
if it sloped more gently then the car would be perfect

Not everything can have the unique style of mid-engine goodness

Pagani also has the same problem of the cab too far forward
i mean they have awesome lines its just... gah . . . i wish it were more balanced
the NSX did it perfectly
