These are new. I painted them with duplicolor silver wheel paint. 500.00 firm so cal.

Must mean +17, I don't think they came in +27.

they do come in a +27 offset....

They were sanded down, then I coated them with primer and finally a few coats of silver.

And yes they are +27 offset.
