300zx MAF and injectors on a KA-T

My question is will a 300zx MAF sensor work on a 240? and aslo will there injectors wor? if so what size are they? I was hoping to buy injectors, a turbo, and a maf from a 300zx if it would work. But no one ever does this so it prolly doesnt work.

there are some pretty huge threads recently on using different mafs on with a KAT.

search for cobra maf and read that thread.

the maf won't just plug in if that's what you are asking. You can use it, it's just not plug and play.
