i parked my car somewhere over the weekend and when i came back i couldnt get my passenger door open

my fender and my door are not lined up anymore, the fender is in more and the door is out more. i think either someone hit my car or someone tried to pry open my door (wouldnt there be better ways to break into a car?)

but where I parked there was a curb on the right so theres no way it could have been hit by a car

when i try to open the door, it gets caught on the fender because the fender is in the way of the edge of the door (the side where the hinge is)

is there an easy way I can fix this? would there be a way to pull the fender back out without having to remove it? my insurance isnt covering it so im trying to save some money by doing it myself

i think someone might have kicked in my fender or something lol

If your fender is in the way, simply pop your hood open, loosen the 3 10mm bolts, and a few other 10mm bolts scattered here and there, and pull on it.

Simple fix.

Have a picture?

a pic could really help, but if its really something you can't figure out i'd take it to a pro

just an update in case this happens to anyone else

i took off the plastic guards in the wheel well and tried pushing the fender back out from inside. the angle was too weird so i flattened a plastic water bottle and slipped it in between the small space i could get (between the door and fender) from opening the door and used it to pull the fender back out with one hand pulling the flat bottle inside the wheel well and the other pulling the other end of the plastic bottle outside
