OK this is an after market hub and steering wheel they came on a car I bought I will let the pair go for $65 . do not ask what brand I do not know.

What's the diameter? Looks like the old 350 mm wheels that were on eBay a while ago(not a knock). Now all the stuff on there is midget 320 mm.

it is 350mm, I believe its leather but I will have to check again today, it came with a car I bought.
