I recently just bought a 93 240sx and it had switch on the battery. the lady i bought it from said for some reason the battery was draining and it would die if it sat longer than 6 hours. i have tested all the fuses and replaced the battery and checked the alternator does anyone have any idea what it could be?

There's a draw somewhere, is there anything aftermarket on the car (alarm, radio, lights, etc.)?

It may not be getting a sufficient ground, do this Technical Articles: DIY Grounding Kit (http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=216236) and see if it helps.
Sorry, not trying to promote nico, but its a tut.

Disconnect/remove both completely, then see what happens.
