Any automotive paint supply will mix and sell paint in whatever quantity you want, just know that the paint code on the car won't match due to age, fading, wear.

yes u can buy the paint a body supply store. Just make sure u get the right paint code. U wont even need much. You'd be surprised how little paint and clear u need to do a bumper. you'll have alot left over(if u don't mess it up) the smallest u can get it in is a 1/2 pint and 1 quart for clear and there is more like ur hardeners and reducers since its a 2 part mix. The paint will blend in as long as the rest of the paint has good clear coat thickness. That how spot jobs are done. ONly paint the repair areas re clear the whole thing. IF the clear coat has eaten through and has uv damage on the paint then yeah youll never blend it in. Btw no paint matches oem paint in a rattle can..idc who you are you'll never match it in a can.... your just lying to yourself. Oh and of course you will need a paint gun to paint it. 1.2-1.4 tip will work. If u need one i have for sale lol.
