climate control panel help !!!

this is what i had installed on my '96 S14 blacktop SR20DET zenki,can i upgrade it with S15 control panel ? has anyone done it before ? this is what S15's look like....

Download an S15 FSM and see for yourself. Aside from cutting the trim panel to fit it I'd expect it's just a rewire away from working, but I don't know what's different between the two.
