I am looking for a link to the guys page. He has TONS of replicas built.
He build model cars and actually makes all the pieces. Hinges, Locks, Doors and Motors.
He is a Japanese guy if I remember correctly. He was building a AE86.
I saw a link of a guy building a 4AGE 1/9th Scale Engine, but I remembered he Japanese guy.
Anybody help me with a link?

i remember who your talkin about, a friend gave me the link a few years ago but lost it.. he would scratch build a gutted interior, make the car look rusted, made tail light buckets so he could pop em off, and also the inside fender frames so he could pop em off too.. and he made one of the ae86 models look like just a old gutted shell.. was soo sick.
edit: i must be thinking of someone else..

my bad didnt read the thread.
here is the URL of the site you're looking for, but its been down for some time now:
http://pcman.dion.jp/link/puramoderu.html
Couldn't find any cached versions of the site, even the archive didn't come up: ƒJ[ƒ‚ƒfƒ‹ (http://web.archive.org/web/20080212053022/http://pcman.dion.jp/link/puramoderu.html)
I remember he even painted some rusted panels with a broken headlight from a touge session on a "boro" ae86 model. Hopefully the creator brings his site back online, because he did some amazing work.

According to this link
pcman.NET (http://web.archive.org/web/20080121065832/pcman.dion.jp/index.htm)
He said something of the sort of not being able to use the domain anymore as of Feb. 1 2008
so he would be moving to this ip
http://59.135.251.213/
can you guys figure something out with that?

yeah I know it is missing.
whatever.
I've got a few other ones I really like.
Unfortunatly, most were on my desk at work a while ago and the cleaning folks managed to break almost all of them, hence the missing parts.
