Scammed of $350 by a zilvian.

I've p.m'd a mod about this, and don't know where else to look in order to get back my $350 from zilvia member "Flawless" for the carbon fiber s13 Hatch shipped, which i never received. Before i go and post every p.m between me and him, I'd like to know weather this thread is in the right section. Here's some facts for those who may want to help me,
-I payed him through paypal in 2 deposits, first deposit being $200, second being remaining $150
-It's been at least 2 months.

He hasn't responded to my request to refund my money, hasn't awnsered his phone calls, and according to his voicemail, he's apart of "flawless motorsports", so i can't see how this guy could be scamming me yet still run a business. He had 4 good seller reviews to his name, and seemed trusty worthy, but 2 months later, i still have no cf hatch, and am still $350 poorer.

Thanks, will post this there, however i highly doubt i'd get any help from there being that the chat has alot more traffic+input whereas the private sellers section is more of a records/refferance resource of a user.

Yup and report it to your bank account or cc company. They'll be faster to get your money back then paypal

This section may have more traffic, but that doesn't mean your post belongs here. I could be trying to sell a toaster oven but I would still follow the rules and post in the correct section. If you're here to warn people, the reviews section will do that just fine. If you're looking for help on what to do, follow common sense and report it to whoever you bank with.

Yeah you're right, however when it's my money involved, i'll be looking for help in the most convenient thread, and if me trying to get back my hard earned money ruins a mods day, then go ahead and close it, if it weren't for this thread i wouldn't have gotten the p.m that got me the contact info to flawless i needed, as far as common sense, if you knew me well enough before telling me what to do, you'd know my bank is fully aware of this, thanks for being a waste of a post. Mods, i've contacted flawless, apparently there was a fire situation in his office hence why he hasn't been in reach of contact, he said he'll be giving me a call this afternoon to resolve this, so you can close the thread. Thanks
p.s (if it's not too much to ask, can a mod p.m me so i can keep in touch on wether not the deal goes smooth or sour).
