If you are going to run HID's you should at the minimum get Hella E-code. They at least have some sort of cut off and not just put light all over the place.

The first one sucks don't buy it. I got those a while back for my hid and the cut off is bad, the fake projector distort the light all kind of ways. It looks like your light shines through a crystal lol. Well here's a tip for ya, get autopal h4 convo headlight or some other good stuff and you'll be happy unless you plan to get it retrofit for hid then get any head style you like.eBay Motors: Autopal Head Lamp Unit (2 headlights included) (item 180307119351 end time Nov-23-08 14:40:14 PST) (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Autopal-Head-Lamp-Unit-2-headlights-included_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33710QQihZ008Q QitemZ180307119351QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW#ebayphot ohosting) Look for something like that. Where did you guys Buy your Hellas at?

If you can put your on some s2000 or tsx projectors then retrofit in any of the cheapo ebay housing then you're str8. The cut off should be damn good.

For h4 projectors, Mike sells some iirc on clearcorners.com
But you probably don't care about quality for the price you pay.
So you could buy silverstar bulbs with Cibie housings and upgrade your headlight harness.
If not Cibie, then next choice would be Hella.

stick with stock headlights/end thread.
Why? Stock sealed beams suck floppy donkey cock. There are better options (though, the ones the OP posted are NOT a better option lol).

This. Yes.
Cibie, Hella, Bosch, Autopal.
Yupp, and in that order, too.

Where did you guys Buy your Hellas at?
I bought mine a while back from Justin @ West Covina Nissan
He had a gang of those glass Hellas or whatever in stock and had them on special
I think he can still get them though, might want to hit him up if you are serious

Hella E-codes are a quality choice. I've heard Cibie are a little better, but I am satisfied with my e-codes. Here's a post of mine from an old thread. The Hellas can be purchased through Rally Lights (http://www.rallylights.com/detail.aspx?ID=744). FYI, Rally Lights sells the Hella 90mm units that Clear Corners uses if you want to fab up your own system.
Here's the pics I promised. In these pictures, I have replaced the passenger side headlight with the new Hella E-code lamp. The driver's-side headlight is still the old sealed-beam unit (Wagner brand). You can't really see the difference in the amount of light that actually falls on the road, due to a parking lot light directly over the car, but I assure you the difference is huge.
Sealed-beam unit only:

Hella E-code unit only:

Both:

A little bit closer:
Sealed-beam only:

Hella only:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v685/nbrindley/240SX/Lighting015.jpg
Both:

As you can see, there is practically no difference between the Hella by itself and both headlights on. The Hella units are literally orders of magnitude better than the old sealed-beam units. Before, most of the time i couldn't even tell if my headlights were on, now the street is flooded with light, and the nice sharp cutoff keeps glare to a minimum.
I'll post these in the other thread as well.

can't really tell. Hella makes two products, e-codes, which are designed to meet european standards, and another line called 'Vision Plus', which is designed for US spec. However, the e-codes provide better lighting. That site doesn't specify which version they are selling.
Just buy them through the site I linked. It's where I got mine, and it's 40% cheaper than frsports price.
(and no, I do not have any affiliation with that site)
