Japanese VIN Report

Is there a website that i can find out japanese vehicle history reports from? or anyone who can give me more general info about this car. it was one of the s13s built in the later '90s. i think it was built with some 'knight kids' whatever thingy. i just want some more info on these special cars. heres all the numbers that are on the VIN.

If you mean like a carfax for JDM VIN's there isnt any. But there should be the Shaken report / auction sheet if you can find that...or if it has left Japan there might be some information on the de-registration.
