If you are from Texas I need your help. I'm flying down to Dallas on Saturday Feb 22 to pick up my 92 S13. I have been trying to find out how to do title transfers down there but I'm not having much luck. I called AAA b/c up here they can do everyhting and even take the tax money and issue plates and registrations etc. The lady in a Dallas AAA office told me I would have to go to a "tax office" or something. I have called several different of these places different times and can't get through to someone. I need to find out how to transfer the title and get a temp reg either before I get down there or on the Saturday morning I arrive. I have to drive 1200 miles back to Pittsburgh to be at work Monday morning. Does anyone know anyhting about what I have to do? The current owner of the car didn't know what to tell me :(

Any Dept of Public Safety office should be able to take care of you. It's also called a tax office, courthouse, etc.
