SPOTTED: White s14 Kouki around USF San Francisco

Hey guys,

I am a student at USF (university of san francisco) and I spotted a really clean white s14 with kouki front end, body kit, black w/red stripe gram lights, jdm kouki tail lights, exhaust and a nice Zilvia.net sticker on it parked next to the church.
I was wondering if anyone knows who this is so I can get into contact with them. I have an s13, and am looking for other 240 lovers in the city.
