is that chipped paint or is that damage to the valence? and its look like one side is dented.

Can you show me how then looked on your car.or just a pic of those on a car?

One has some scraping on the corner; the valance in the second picture at the bottom. The other valance is in great condition. No dents though.

And I don't have any pictures of them on my car since I just bought them not even a week ago and never put them on.
