Kind of a silly question, but do they have a top mount many that still uses the stock s14 SR turbo? If anyones got a picture, please post! :bigok:
Thank you.

you dont gain anything from this setup but its up to you. What kind of DP are you going to use??

There was one hole-in-the-wall JDM company that made a top-mount manifold with a T2 flange, but I don't remember who it was. Best bet on a budget is go log-style and just put a T2 flange on it. If you wanted to spend a little more, something like Peakboost or Neukin top mount T3, but with a T2 flange. Then you get to play with custom downpipes.
A whole lot of work for a negative performance gain (longer runners, longer downpipe, more heat, etc, etc).

do you want a top mount so you can look "cool" with the turbo being more visable?
imo it looks stupid when people have 50 trim t3/t4 on a top mount, i can imagine how a t28 will looks with is 2.25 inlet and 2" outlet...
bottom mounts are sexy leave it alone..

there's almost no gain going top mount with a t2 flanged turbo. go t3 with a gt30 series turbo instead or a t3/t04e 50 trim.

A top mount t28 would look so cute sitting there.
Like a perky little eraser cap nipple on a school girl.
