Kouki S14 front on S13 Fastback

Hey everyone, I just saw some pics of this conversion for the first time and it looks sweet! If anyone has more pics, ie side shots, etc, that would be great! Also, what all is involved in this conversion? I did a search but didnt get the results I was looking for. I know this isn't a very common conversion but I like being different and this seems like a good way to do so. (I am already going the CA18 route instead of SR20) Any info or sites on how-to would be great!

i have pics..post them later for you. you want on a fastback? looks better on a coupe btw.
anyways.

what's involved. oh i dont know. maybe either west yokohama fenders.
then you need a hood
bumper support, bumper, lights etc etc

OR do it by getting s13 fenders and welding them together w/ s14 fenders. that's the "cheapest" way. but still cost a pretty penny for a good job, paint and located the parts.

I think it looks pretty kool. I've never seen one in the states though. Deffinatly original.

But still doesn't compare to a sil80. That's just pure beauty.

It doesn't look that good imo. The best conversion is the S15 front on a S14, the so called S14.5 conversion.

i dont think it looks half bad....gives it a newer look...and same boxed out look unlike a s15 front-end

I looked into this a while back, and i hear it takes lots of body work to make the fender from a S14 work on a s13, you have to do lots from what i hear, alteast thats what zelda told me.

The two don't mix, especially after looking at the pic Oni posted, even if it is fake, it really brings out the fact that the S13 has rounded corners, whereas the S14 is sharp and jagged. It doesn't mix at all

And the lines are all off, I say we should all just stick with stock front ends, only acceptable case is a Koop becuase it has 2 different fronts to choose from.

theres a guy in San Jose CA who has a 97 front on a S13 fastback . It does not look right. I personally think it does not look right. S15 front end on the S13 fastback looks much better in fact IMHO its the best looking sil eighty

the pic that Oni posted is the same car your talking about Drift. how do i know? "Tech3" decal on the side haha. i live in 15 mins drive from Tech3 like i told ya.

i personally t hink it looks awsome..the fender and easly be worked on to make it look better.

it could look tight with alot of work, but there's just diffrent things that look just as good or better with less work imho but then again some of the coolest stuff never came easy i guess

I will own an S13 Sil-80 in about 2 weeks with Bomex front aero, not really planned but due to a recent front end accident, i have to. i hate driving my car all screwed up:mad:
