flexi lite fans and aem ems

when ever my fans kick on they kill my idle and i get very paranoid when ever they turn on.
on the aem ems its set on to the rb26dett cooling fan (ls5)
but when ever they kick on i dont want the idle to drop. or not this drasticly
1100rpm down to 600 rpms then back up to 1000rpms

its the dual 12inch pushers slim fans.
i have relocated battery to the trunk red top optioma
stock alternator
stock starter

any tips or advice would be greatly apprecaited.

The AEM should have a Voltage correction map.

all Haltechs and many other systems have a battery voltage correction map.

This will adjust timing or fuel over a map to prevent any change in the car due to voltage drop

I have the same issue with my FAL.

Do a grounding kit. That will help with voltage drop and any ground loops.
