Only thing missing from the swap is a tuned ecu for the setup and you're good to go. The picture shows an aftermarket intake manifold, I sold the intake manifold to my brother because I'm not looking forward to push that much power to need an aftermarket intake manifold. I will be replacing the intake manifold to the stock one soon.

Thanks David, not nearly as clean as your S14...but I try to keep my cars as clean as possible. I heard you were interested, but never heard anything back from my brother so I was at a Halloween party friday night and a local was asking around for an sr20 & 240. Offered him my car plus engine set and out of the blue last night after posting my car & engine for sale he came by and dropped off a deposit on it.
