Need a sr20det smogged

so i went to a buddy's friend that said he could do it. Gave him a good amount of cash and then i here he can't do it anymore because of some authority problems. Im in so cal and really in desperate need of a smog. I just bought my car and can't drive it around because i can't get my plates without a smog. SOMEONE HELP ME!
