main cap problem

ok guys heres the deal i am in t the process of putting my motor back together i got everything ready to go machined and cleaned up. Until i notice that one of my main caps is chipeed right ath the groove that holds the bearing. the notch that holds my bearing is almost completely chipped off there is still a slight notch for the bearing, what should i do i'll try to get a pic up

the worst part is it wasnt me it was my little nephew reaching into my parts box and dropped it.
