Not unlocked for tmobile but can be if that will help the sale looking for 275 or shoot me an offer pix when im back from work.

good price on a 8g! 2st Gen, see if you can get it unlocked that will raise your price some less hassle for some ppl ya know!

jailbroken means you can install 3rd party applications
unlocked means you can use tmobile or whoever

just for more information for others. What firmware is it running?

So you'll get my old cases one is messed up other one is good a few screen protectors
headphone adapter to use your own headphones orginal apple head phones usb cable and charger the bubbles are from the screen protcter being on half assed the 2nd picture shows it with out the protcter on screen looks really good

what firmware is on the phone?

also if anyone here wants to get it unlocked (i know im in AZ) but my buddy can do it for 30 bucks with the new 2.1 firmware its pretty nice!
