Engine light on & off

KADE, engine check light on and off... idle at 900rpm sometime drop down to 700 but when back up to 900 in couple second (This happen when I stop at the light or start the car and let it sit for a while) car run good but feel like a bit loss tourqe.

Just replace NEW knock sensor, clean out carbon in the intake manifold, replace EGR vale 10 months ago, injector replaced to a s14, new plugs. Thought it was just the knock sensor show on the pc and also dirty manifold but still light on and off..

** motor has about 176xxx, plan to replace fuel filter, fuel pump, and the thermostate soon.

I fixed that..=. =

from a cold start the engine idles higher than normal to properly warm up

turning on the A/C will also raise your idle

next time the engine light comes see what codes it's throwing
