intake will not fit the s13 ka24de because of the difference in the design of the intake manifolds. if you want to use the s14 intake you'd need the intake manifold as well.

depending on what is needed, if its for an s13, certain parts like the distributer,TB and temp sensor need to be changed out to make it run properly, it was AT, so the ECU and harness are AT, if its going ot an s13 ill take off what is not needed and down on the price, if u need eveything, well then u get eerything...if u want the tranny itll be a bit more since its a clean running un beaten aswell
