Gauge Cluster and Hud Issues

I have searched but can not find what im looking for. i have a 92 s13 se coupe and all the gauges work in the cluster excep for the speedo. all the dummy lights work also, but the instrument cluster lights do not light up when the lights are on and the hud does not work. i cannot figure this out. thanks for any help.

I would have no idea since I only saved that thread when I get another hud for my car and if it doesn't work right I can see whats up with it. Its best if you PM the guy who made that thread.
