The word you're looking for is 'Residents', and there are a handful of Zilvians who live in Japan. We just returned from there in March after living there for 4 years.

wouldn't know. i'm in the navy. I know that there are still a lot of marines here and I don't thnk they're going anywhere. Okinawa is full of em as well as Iwakuni and Camp Zama.
