Offset Question

Whats up guys. I searched google and here with no luck.

I am looking for the Offset/Backspacing chart.

Does anyone have it that could post up or link me to it?

Also, If I was going from 15x8 -22 to a 15x10.5 -19, how much of a change would it be? Pretty much 2" right?

Seriously. before everyone tells you to search, the offset thread, http://zilvia.net/f/tech-talk/166626-offset-101-dummies.html is stickied in this same forum as you posted this question in. He even answers the inch to offset question in the original post.
