Okay here goes...
Flame me if you must, but I have searched, and PM'ed a lot of people about this question, just ask Aaron (Dousan)
Anywho I have a 91 S13 FB. I am planning on getting the 26mm Z brakes for the front, and will also be getting FLT-A2's shortly thereafter. Now, I am planning on purcahsing new panasport wheels very shortly, the classis style in a 16x7 size for the front and 16x8 size for the rear. What offset of wheels will I need? I would like to make it flush as possible with no rubbing, on ANYTHING! Thanks everyone, Jason.

well first off Jason , get your stock offset. then measure your wheel well from the hub to the outer fender lip and from the hub to the inner fender well.
Armed with that information call up Panasport and tell them the size wheels you want in the wells and the well measurements and stock offset.
They should be able to give you the correct offset if you tell them you want the rim to be flush with the outer fender lip.
this should work and I am a little surprised no one ever suggested it to you in PM's. :p

just go to Home depot and get a measureing tape. that should not be that hard. If you take your wheel off and do what I said you should get close enough. plus if Panasport has wheels for our cars already they may have this exact information on file. They are a racing wheel manufacturer not a for looks manufacturer. Most true racing wheel manufacturers usually have a fair amount of data about particular applications.
It does not hurt to try.

What they said...
An offset of about +25 for the front wheels will probably be nice and flush with a 16x7. Can't remember what would be the best for the rear.. probably +30 - +35 or so.
When you contact panasport, tell them you're running Z brakes up front - basically tell them that you need a wheel that'll fit a 300ZX, except with 4 lugs instead of 5.

No, I've just seen a lot of wheel setups on S13s and paid attention. Sometimes I wonder if people actually read the forums at all or just post questions out of the blue and only read their own threads... 85% of the stuff I regurgitate is stuff I learned from reading posts on freshalloy and zilvia.
