That shit's the bumpiest interstate I've ever been on... (haven't driven very much lol).

Driving home from corona my car just feels so squishy. Hard to explain... Long story short, the I-15 is a rear toe link killer.

I drive between Downtown and Torrance everyday on the 110 - that freeway blows too. Cement freeways just get really bumpy. If I weren't concerned about heat issues (not car, environment), I would fully endorse asphalt freeways.

But in light of, I only endorse them 49%.

ouch that sucks. freeways here in the bay area are pretty jacked, but I've never snapped anything in half. I'm running 10k front and 8k rear spring rates too. *knock on wood*

Oh yea, 110 eats balls. haha yea almost want that. They had asphalt like 20% of the way back and was like wtf? This is nice. And then right back to shitty cement.

Yea, I'm gonna get some new rear arms, everything... Maybe battle version conversion on everything, RUCA, Toe Links, Arms. Swift springs too.

I was surprised by the clean ass break.

lol, nah dude I got that shit fixed 10 minutes after I got off the freeway. $50 bucks installed.

that sucks man.. where exactly on the 15 did that happen?

there's this one spot on the 15 north.. terrible HUGE pothole/crack/dip right in the middle of the freeway idk why they dont fix it.. it's up by rancho cucamonga area i believe its in the 3rd lane just after you pass the exit for baseline .. be careful if any of you are around there, just stay out of the 3rd lane

ah one time i screwed up, just recently, i thought i had already passed that bump so i got in the third lane and moments later my car hit the bump hard.. felt like it bent my wheel or something ..

I'd love some SPL Links & arms but I can't justify paying $1,000 for some lower arms w. my 'budget' if you want to call it that ;).

The 15 sucks but not that bad... Its not the freeway's fault your car is old as fuck and breaks when it goes over a few bumps.

Look on the bright side... Good opportunity for an upgrade!

what part of the 15 are you talking bout. I drive by corona on the 15 all the time. Ive never experienced any bumps. That shits cleeeen.

Btw. Does the 15 even go to LA. Is ontario considered LA?

You guys are crazy, I miss cali roads/freeways. Here in Alabama the roads are total crap. Potholes, cracks, bumps etc.

They are repaving the road I take to base, there are these sections where they started to repave but stopped so there are like 5-6 inch drops/jumps in the road. Gotta slow way down or the car wants to catch air :p

haha you guys have it good i think here in PA we have some of the worst roads in the nation, im pretty sure its proven too....

Have you driven on our roads?

The state purposely uses low quality freeway materials so that they can repave the roads every 5 years (creates jobs and what not)

But Cali has been rated amongst the top 5 states for having the worst road conditions.

Our state is larger than most of you other guys that are complaining so there's a lot more shitty road on average. Especially in they areas where the population is more dense due to frequent/heavy usage.

Pretty much the only good thing about FL is how nice and flat all the roads are, they are also all setup in a grid so every single turn is 90 degrees which does suck. I miss the amazing backroads on long island, but I don't miss drives into queens/ the city at all.

I hate I-5 thru the grapevine. I bottomed out my exhaust so hard thru dips out there that i sheared the bolts/studs on the turbo to elbow. I had to drive the car all the way to norcal on an open turbo. Shit was deafening...

hahaha this thread rules... if anything the 134W to the 101N sucks donkey ass expecially around Van Nuys, when it rained there litereally was a pool of water in an area that has a nice dip in it so all four of your wheels would submerge 3-4 inches away from your center cap... which spells HYDROLOCK! for cold air intakes and intercooled cars. =(

fuck PA.

Everytime i go visit i'm pissed off until i actually get to the poconos, then it's fun.

But all those concrete highways howling and thudding for hours at a time pisses me off.

I'm pretty confident in saying that almost all the freeways in the L.A. and Orange County area suck!! The only section that is better than others is the 405 south in the Irvine area, from Jamboree to about Alton. Its not perfect because of the overly-active Irvine police....

/\/\/\/\/\ +1 the whole state is flatter than pedobears girlfriend, and its pretty much all hardpacked sand base, so the roads stay silky and schmoooze (stop looking at me schwannnn!!!!) i'm enjoying the fact that it rains here daily, and that there are traffic circles. the combination is enjoyable under certain circumstances :naughty:

they fixed I5 recently..but even before that, it was still a LOT better than taking 99...

5 was actually smooth for me...few bumps here and there..nothing big

i take the 15 south from the 210 to the 91 everyday and the 15 north from the 91 to the 10 back...

it's not that bad...

i do remember a section on the 10 west right around the 57 and the first exit past the 57.. 2nd lane i think... horribly bumpy and cracked roads... my stereo turned off for a split second after hitting those bumps...
