Hey all... I went to put on new front KVR/Brembo crossdrilled rotors and KVR carbon kevlar pads on the 90 s13 (no abs). I've replaced pads before by removing the bolts that hold the caliper to the retainer clip (the part with the accordian boot around the bolt bore). That worked fine.
This time around, I took both those and the retainer bolts off (the bigger ones going into the strut mount or whatever). I slid the old rotors off once the calipers and pads were out of the way, installed the new ones, and tightened all the bolts back. The problem now is that the wheels are seized - they won't move. I got one to move slightly but not very well by loosening the accordian booted-bolts I mentioned earlier. It seems like the rotors aren't sitting evenly on the wheel hubs either.
What can I do to make everything mount nice and clean? Chiltons was too damn vague to be of any use.
Thanks!
Chase
