Like ProjectRDM said, new core support and you're good. What a great time for a front end swap!

yea man i had my silvia front end ready to go until this happened looks like am going to be practicing my welding skillz lol man yesterday might have been the quietest time in my life sh%t. i probably spent a month or two getting ready for the front end conversion. but guess stuff happens. Anyways when i go to the junkyard what do i need to pickup and what do i need to get with the core support???where do i cut??

Looks easily fixable.
just a little time consuming.
As long as those "frame rails" arent damaged or bent at the power brace, then your good to go.
It looks like they are just torn up in the front, so thats fine.
redline racer510

so do you recommend cutting them off and welding on ones from the junkyard??

where the tow hook is located the metal is twisted and folded up like origami

I wouldn't think you would need to.
As long as those arent bent after were the lower control arm bracket bolts up to, your fine.
You dont have to fix the tip of them. That would be above and beyond, imo.
What is the use of your car? daily, drag, grip, show, drift?

The entire forward portion of the frame rail serves no purpose except to support the bumper reinforcement. You can cut all that off past the bolt holes in the core support if you want.

The weldnut the bumper support bolts to is part of the core support. You'll have to figure how to remove it since there's no easy way to explain it, or buy a clipped front end and weld it in behind the core support.

yea im lucky because i asked my neibor you used to professionally do collision repair and he said he will fix it for me and the best part he lives right behind me. Of course this is my baby lol. the last thing i want to do is see it being taken apart. man i had s14 5-lug hubs 30mm aluminum 300zx calipers with 350z track rotors and bracket rear, 300zx e-brake assembly, brand new brake master cylinder with the the three fittings for the s13 brake lines to connect too and i had tsx projectors ready to be installed into my silvia triple projector headlights and the front end that just had the bodywork finished which took me numerous hours to prep and paint and i have the connection for either an ls1 or sr20det swap so yea if i let it go i would be losing alot of money and time on it

yeah. it looks bad. But if you replace the whole front support. its fine man.
Cut the original out at the seams. have your guy do the small tweaks to line the new piece up.
As far as the bumper support? I believe it lines up deeper in the frame rails. I dont totally remember, cause i haventhad mine on in over a year. But it should bold up no problem if you just bash the bent rail out of the way.
make sense??
