I found a copy of Frederic Delavier - Strength Training Anatomy 2nd Edition and so I uploaded it and decided to share it with all of you I really believe this is a AWESOME BOOK. It's a pdf file so your going to need adobe reader or something that will open pdf files. So push those weights and enjoi
