im just wondering what are the 5 fastest cars on zilvia. also, any info would be great, such as ka,ca,sr, turbo sizing etc.

Boosted has a KA, the 3 ------------ are probably SR motors, because I don't know of any other high-powered KA motors. Then I'll be a KA motor at 16 psi. I dunno who is number 5 right now tho.

of non-regulars, it's PSI240SX (412hp, 411tq), followed by BOOSTED S14. And that might change too, as he is tinkering now.

So's mine. And Boosted's engine will be done very, very soon.
Anyway.. I was just giving the benefit of the doubt to some people. Most people don't post their horsepower levels, so based on the mod lists I've seen... some sr20det people belong up there. Not near the 400hp mark Boosted was laying down. I do thoroughly intend on running at the 360hp mark though. Boosted should be over 400hp.

Well guys, i just started posting here so I am not sure how fast most of the others on this board are. Best i have ran so far is a 12.5 at 116mph. 60ft was a 2.3. I got some drag radials now so 11's here i come!!

I have no doubt these supposed "fast" cars have run at the strip.
So let's see for example "BoostedS14 has run XXX time at the track and has XXX horsepower".
Instead of "he has XXX horsepower"...... he is automatically the fastest car. Cuz that's all the info you guys are basing it on thus far.

Not to burst your bubble but psi240sx posts every time he goes to the drag strip. Last time he went he posted he got into the 11's. BoostedS14's has said on the forum that he has run better then a 12.5. Don't go thinking Jeff just makes it up.

My car ran something like an [email protected] on an 1/8th mile strip, on ****ty tires (400 treadwear), on 10psi of boost. I haven't made it to a 1/4 mile strip, with good tires, at 15psi of boost yet. Hopefully, I'll have the LSD by then as well...and I can run a mid or low 12.

It takes quite a bit of boltons to run 13 sec 1/4 miles with sr's. And on top of that there arn't that many people on zilvia with sr.

Of course this is only the regulars because for every guy that posted a 14 second pass or beter there is prolly another guy/girl that has run a better 1/4 mile but doesn't post. I know of an SR here in cleveland that is running a T28big @ 18PSi, Greddy intake mani, injectors, HKS PFC F con, wiseco pistons, etc....that runs low 13's or better but he almost never posts. He is also upgrading the entire system this winter so I can't wait til spring!!!

I'd like to propose that we list the cars in order of trap speed since that is more of a reflection of how fast the car is versus how good the driver is. I got a 104mph trap and that's pretty fast for a stock fuel pumped KAT. However, my ET of 14.1 is because I suck at launching, had crappy tires and no lsd.
So far I'm 5th and I think I post regular like.

new setup will be better. sold the HKS GT3037s setup.

The good thing about this list, is all of these guys have clean looking cars. If you add greaser between 3 and 4 of 5 have stock bodys. I don't know what dt240t's car looks like and boosted has a kit.

why would my car be somewhere besides the first spot? mph goes down as your 1/4 mile time gets faster. People that have high trap speeds just cant get out the hole. my car goes up to 122-124 mph if i get a 1.8 or 2.0 60ft. if you rate the list as by mph, you are awarding the driver that either a: doesnt know how to drive or b: doesnt have slicks and still doesnt know how to drive. 1/4 mile racing is about who gets there the quickest.

shoot with the built motor it did 129mph with a 2.4 60ft.

Yea :p moving on up, to the east side, moving on up. Greaser is right about the trap speeds. With the 116mph was on a 2.3 60ft. I had a 118mph trap but that was on a different track (better conditions, better elevation) but ran a 2.4 60ft OUCH!! 300+rwhp and 7" wide wheels with street tires are not a good combo.

On a side note i ran a 13.9 at 98mph with a 2.0 60ft--street tires and all--with SR's factory T25 at only 7psi (stock boost!!). The 60ft is what makes or breaks you.

to the people that said you need alot of bolt ons with the sr to hit 13's..... With alot of bolt ons you can see high 12's. If you get front mount, injectors, fuel pump, and s15 t28 ball bearing turbo you can be mid-high 12's for for sure. We just got done swapping an sr into my friends s13. He has a blacktop with down pipe, act street strip clutch, intake, n1, and greddy profec b. At 12 psi on stock intercooler he ran low to mid 13's. Ill post slips, and dyno's when we get done with my sr. Check out my car.

In the grand scheme of things that's really not a lot of bolt ons. Those just sound like a good starting point if you are looking for good time slips.

The only reason that I say that is because a t28 is a straight bolt on affair and fmic takes some fabbing but will go in for the most part bolt-on

Between the two a t28 would be a much harder bolt on than fmic. Oil and water lines don't always match up. yada yada yada

With the car running properly, and a greaser like 60' time my car should be in the low 11's @ 125-128 range. But it's all just speculation until I actually do it. I am selling the car this sunday so I dont want to go back to the track and risk breaking something since the purchaser has already obtained a plane ticket.

ah, the infamous T61 thats a huge bish.

not yet. max boost is 15-20psi for me. i limit hp output to gain traction. new turbo will make close to 30-50hp more than my last setup at the same boost. so i may have to lower boost again.

those big turbos are only good when you use them at the high boost levels. t61 is good to nearly 3.4:1 pressure ratio which is 50psi boost.

which one did you see? cuz i was only happy with the ones that were back to back on the last test and tune of the season.

new plans are t04e 50trim for compressor. For turbine going with an O trim T4 in a .70 a/r tang/divided housing. equal length divided manifold with a 40mm Tial wastegate.

Will be using stock block still it wears out or blows. then will slap another stock block in its place. unless i find a way to make 500hp and up levels stick to the ground i'll be using my stock blocks. i'm gonna try 400-450hp levels again this season and see what i need to do to make it stick.

reason i laugh so hard was that was with 20psi with no exhaust(457rwhp) and got a 2.4 60ft and nearly hit the 1/8mile box and the wall when shifted into 3rd. car was all over the track for various reasons.......still busted a 11.66
