I have z32 brake setup on my s14. Well now I need to replace rear bearings and I don't remember what car I got these from.
When I pulled my out I noticed that they look like this

1) is there a difference between na/tt/2+2 when it comes to the rear wheel bearings?
2) On Nissan Parts. Discount Nissan Auto Parts (http://shop.nissanpartstore.com) I only see right side. Are they the same side to side?
3) Is there an ease way to tell what bearings I need to get?

there is a difference and I believe the tabbed hubs came off the earlier 89/90 300ZXs.

the rear wheel bearing for s-13, s-14, z-32 NA, are all physically the same bearing, its just a matter of pressing the bearing out the the hub.

yea BUT tab or no tab the actual bearing are the same, you can dissassemble the hub, the back portion that bolts to the upright (this has the bearing in it) and the portion that has the studs on it (cant think of name right now)
for s-13,14 and z32 NA, all those parts are interchangable.
so if you have an s-14 with a tabbed hub you can remove all the bearing from that hub and replace with s-13,14 z32 NA bearing and re-assemble the hub.
if you still have ur old s-14 hubs and the bearing are good you can put them in you tabbed hubs.

Exactly. There's three different parts involved here, the rear flange, hub, and bearing. The bearing is the exact same, just press it out and swap it.
