Boost but no power!!!

Ok..I have a problem, FULL BOOST BUT NO POWER!! What could be the problem. It spools up just fine but it doesn't push you back in the seat like it's supposed to. I have a GT2871R on my sr, again, I am still in the break in period (just put new pistons and rings, 130psi on all of the cylinders). Is it supposed to do that during the break in period? There is no leak in the vacuum or the piping. There is one thing that's in my mind and it is this little hole that I have on the downpipe. Now, can this be the cause? It feels like I'm only pushing around 5psi......but I'm actually pushing 15psi. I heard that it doesn't matter because it is after the turbo (exhaust side) however after all, it is a pressurized system. Any info will be appreciated.

Are you sure there is no boost leak? Did you pressurize the system? Also what are you tuning with?

Is it an ideal try and hit full boost during break in period? Could mess something up thats why they call it break in period right? Atleat i wouldnt try hitting full boost during break in.

it could be because your compression is 130psi

do you have a catch can? If so, is it full of oil?

yes, i do have a catch can and it's not full of oil.
