I'm selling my 1990 Nissan 240sx. It's white with black interior. I had Best Buy install a Viper alarm with keyless entry. The 240 has power windows, locks and mirrors. The car pulls hard and runs great. The motor was completely rebuilt by a reputable mechanic(duncan351) for boost back in January of this year. Since then, I have only put 5000 miles on the car. There is around 190k on the chassis. It was broken in properly as instructed by my mechanic. This isn't a perfect 240 but it certainly has come a long way since the day I purchased it.
I want to also add that the rear hatch of the car is 98% completely gutted. I primered it with rust prevention primer and then spray painted it flat black. Looks great in person if you ask me. I was eventually planning to do that to the rest of the interior but I just don't have the time to finish it up. Also, I removed the radio because I was going to replace it with an aftermaket one. Same goes with the shifter boot. I was going to replace the old nasty oem one but never got around to it.
Please note that the entire suspension is still stock and even though the car was built for boost, I wasn't planning on turbocharging it until later this year. So there's no turbo or intercooler or anything boost worthy on the car.
*Modifications:

-dash(mint)
-gauge cluster(since i went from sohc to dohc)
-gauge bezel(mint)
-radio/hvac cluster(mint)
-center console(excellent condition)
-all leather glove box with a '90 and '93 owner's manual
-rubber and plastic trim around the doors
-rubber and plastic trim around sunroof
-sunroof assembly
-sun visors
-kenwood speakers up front, pioneer speakers in the rear
-front splash shields on both sides
-windshield washer fluid reservoir because the previous one was cracked
-passenger side seat from a 97-98 jdm silvia(purchased from jhot imports)
Parts that were recently replaced:
-brand spanking new battery
-brand new starter with a 90 warranty
-brand new oem injectors
-oem rack and pinion with energy suspension steering rack bushings and nismo tie rods(whole energy susp. bushing set available for extra $$$)
-brand new oem slave cylinder
-new windshield(it was installed after purchasing the car back in december)
-rain-ex front windshield wiper inserts
-jdm front side lamps
-newly installed front and rear tires
-alignment(stock specs)
-20% llumar tint all around(driver/passenger door tint removed in order to pass inspection)
-safety inspection and emissions good until 6/09
The only two problems with the car are:
1. the stock diff...it's starting to grind slightly when reversing in neutral. it's not a major concern at this point. if you're going to mod this car, chances are you're mostly likely going to replace it with an lsd or vlsd anyway.
2. the driver seat. it's still the original seat but you can only adjust the body part of the seat to a 45 degree angle left to right. the last picture shows the seat all the way down. I only did that to take pictures of the dash. it can go a little higher than that.
i've spent well over $7k on this car but i'm only asking $3200. i have receipts for most of the work; i just have to find them. and if i can't find them, i can have them provided in a matter of days. car is located in plano, tx. not interested in shipping. email, call or text me if interested. thanks.
